Information we collect
CrakSEO collects account details, billing and subscription records, project configuration, agent instructions, task and conversation records, connected data you provide, and product usage and diagnostic information. Historical website, content and publishing records may also remain associated with your account.
When you connect a social account, we receive the account identifiers, profile details, access tokens, permissions, content, publishing results, and analytics that the provider makes available and that you authorize.
Browser and agent workflows
When you use browser features, the service processes browser profile and session state, account connections, task instructions and results. Saved credentials and connection tokens are processed to provide the account access you authorize. Do not put passwords or verification codes in general chat messages.
Browser, AI and network providers process the page content, session information and network metadata needed to execute the workflow. Connect only accounts and data you are permitted to use, and avoid submitting sensitive information that the task does not require.
How we use information
We use this information to operate and secure the service, execute tasks you request, maintain browser and account context, process connected data at your direction, measure product usage, provide support, process billing, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and retention
We share data only with providers needed to deliver the service, such as hosting, authentication, analytics, billing, browser infrastructure, AI, network and connected-service providers. We retain data while your account is active and afterward only as needed for legitimate business, security, tax, or legal purposes.
